Welcome to the premier resource for legal professionals! The Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) was founded more than 40 years ago to advance the education of legal managers and elevate the profession of legal administrators and functional specialists worldwide.
The Wichita Area Chapter of Legal Administrators was established in 1981 when a small group of administrators began meeting informally at the Wichita Club for roundtable discussions. In 1986, the chapter elected its first officers, and in February 1987, Wichita became the first chapter in Kansas to receive Charter Affiliation with the International Association of Legal Administrators.
